Cement truck down the street again

We have a cement truck just down the street again this morning. The Walters crew is finishing up the construction on the last few houses in this development and that includes pouring a couple driveways. Unfortunately, it means that there's a bunch of noise coming in the window for the first few hours, so I have to close the window... and that's when this computer starts to overheat. I've got to get a can of compressed air and blow dust out of the cooling grid and apply more heat sink compound. Feh.
